Bush has long been appointing people to high ranking offices with no experience in the field necessary for the job. Michael Brown, director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) finally resigned after he was revealed to be just another result of political nepotism. Gotta love the president forbeing willing to sacrifice people's lives for political favors. Yeah, he really cares about us.
